Microsoft’s Offer Too Low, Yahoo! Acquired Video Services $160 million
Yesterday, Yahoo! Board of Director rejected Microsoft’s $44 billion bid over the company saying that the over is under value as the company value is more than $50 billion. An hours latter, Microsoft quickly response to the announcement with the statement:-
